The result is structural degradation, dry-rot cracking, hardening, and a chemical breakdown that causes the rubber to transfer black carbon residue onto anything that touches it (carbon staining).

Professional Cleaning Method

1. Decontamination Wipe: Flush away organic green moss, atmospheric fallout, and loose dirt by wiping down the rubber tracks with a microfiber cloth loaded with Quick Wash (Blue).

2. Moisture Clearance: Run a dry microfiber along the channels to ensure no water remains trapped in the deep crevices.

3. Elastomer Nourishment: Apply your specialized Rubber Dressing directly onto a microfiber applicator block and work it smoothly into the rubber. Let it sit for 60 seconds to allow the elastomer to drink in the lost structural moisture.
