1. Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods:

  • We offer standard shipping for all domestic and international orders. The shipping carriers we use may vary based on the destination and package size.
  • For domestic orders, we primarily use USPS and UPS, providing tracking information for all shipments.
  • International orders are shipped via UPS and may take longer to reach their destination due to customs procedures.

3. Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the items, shipping destination, and the chosen shipping method.
  • Orders above $99 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States region.

4. Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard domestic delivery usually takes between 3-7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination.
  • International orders can take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days to arrive, depending on customs clearance and the destination country.

5. Order Tracking:

  • A tracking number will be provided for all orders once they are dispatched. Customers can track their shipments using the provided tracking information.

6. Customs and Duties:

  • For international orders, ImportWorx is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may be imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for any additional charges incurred during customs clearance.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. ImportWorx will not be held liable for delayed or undeliverable shipments due to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

8. Shipping Delays:

  • ImportWorx is committed to delivering orders promptly; however, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or shipping carrier delays may occasionally occur. In such cases, we will do our best to keep customers informed and work towards a resolution.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • If a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, customers should contact our customer support team within 7 days from the expected delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and work towards resolving the issue.
