The Legends: F&F Replicas
The nostalgia was real. We caught up with the Big Bird R33 GT-R and the iconic orange Supra MKIV. Seeing these cars in person is not just about the nostalgia, it is about the discipline it takes to maintain that specific paint and decal work. Booth Focus: Will7fd Matcha Green RX7
The centerpiece of our booth presence was the Matcha Green RX7 FD owned by Will7fd. This build is a perfect example of how a unique color choice needs a specific maintenance routine to stay vibrant. We spent the day demonstrating how to use our Quick Wash hybrid detail spray to lift surface dust without scratching the delicate finish, keeping the FD show ready even in the dusty Irwindale air.

Located right across from our booth was the popular YouTuber and ImportWorx sponsored drifter, Corey Funk. Corey brought out his S14 Kouki build, which is a fan favorite for its aggressive styling and drift pedigree. We caught up with him while he was using our Vinyl Wrap Detailer to clean up the rig, proving that even a car built for the track deserves a professional glow between sessions.

The Influencer Scene: Finding Nick
Another major highlight of the paddock was the Color Shift Nissan GT-R R35 owned by YouTuber Finding Nick. This car is a visual spectacle that transitions between green, gold, purple, and blue depending on the light angle. Capturing a wrap this complex on camera is difficult, but keeping it clean is easy with the right chemistry. Finding Nick’s R35 was a constant crowd pleaser throughout the afternoon.

Paddock Highlights
Beyond the influencer builds, the Irwindale paddock was packed with high level engineering. From the carbon fiber details on the R34 Skyline to the Rocket Bunny V2 Boss kit on the Silvia S14, every corner of the track had something worth inspecting.

The Grand Finale: Two Step Battles
You cannot have an event at Irwindale without hearing the roar of the engines. We ended the day with the fan favorite two step rev battles. This blue S550 Mustang GT stole the show, shooting massive flames from its custom exhaust and providing the perfect high energy conclusion to Origin Kazoku 2022.
